créer, développer, animer une activité culturelle et pédagogique pour la découverte et la promotion du pain au levain naturel au feu de bois - ressource renouvelable ; et pour la valorisation des pratiques paysannes locales, nationales, et internationales, respectueuses de la matière et du vivant, soucieuses de la défense du patrimoine naturel, proposant des modes de production et de consommation écologiquement responsables, diversifiés, adaptés aux écosystèmes, privilégiant l'utilisation d'intrants naturels, refusant les OGM, limitant autant que possible l'utilisation de tous types d'hybrides, et mettant en œuvre des pratiques culturales contribuant à la restauration, à la conservation et à l'amélioration des sols  ; sensibiliser aux liens entre alimentation, environnement, et santé  ; encourager et soutenir l'expérimentation de formes d'agriculture vivrière non-productiviste et écologique  ; encourager et soutenir les initiatives permettant d'économiser l'énergie ou d'en produire de façon écologique, équitable, durable, et autonome  ; encourager et soutenir l'éco-construction  ; encourager et soutenir la création d'espaces de mutualisation (de matériel, savoirs-faire, moyens financiers, etc ; ) et d'entraide  ; oeuvrer pour la redécouverte, la sauvegarde, la réappropriation et la transmission de savoir-faire anciens issus de la paysannerie et de l'artisanat  ; soutenir toute initiative allant dans le sens du partage et de la solidarité dans le respect des objectifs mentionnés précédemment ;
