organiser un centre d'aspect plaisant offert et ouvert à tous; étudier en commun les questions touchant les professions intéressant la vie rurale et tous les problèmes techniques qui s'y rapportent, de provoquer l'éducation des milieux ruraux en ce qui concerne l'action syndicale, mutualiste et coopérative en liaison avec les organismes professionnels de la CGA, provoquer l'organisation de conférences et d'activités pratiques éducatives, artistiques, techniques susceptibles d'améliorer les conditions de travail ou de vie des ruraux; organiser les loisirs de toute la collectivité par la création et l'usage de bibliothèques, par des réunions amicales, des manifestations artistiques : théâtre, cinéma, concerts, etc; faciliter l'éducation physique et sportive des jeunes afin d'accroitre aussi le rendement de leur travail, d'améliorer leur santé physique et morale; renforcer par tous les moyens la solidarité morale des habitants, l'esprit de compréhension mutuelle et d'entr'aide
