animer une structure de type ressourcerie/recyclerie de valorisation et de gestion innovante des déchets par : la collecte, le tri, la remise en état d'objet, le détournement d'usage et la transformation artisanale et artistique, la vente, le troc et le don d'objets pour tous, des actions de sensibilisation, d'éducation à l'environnement et à la réduction des déchets; elle contribue également au lien social, à la rencontre entre acteurs des filières de recyclage, artistes, créateurs professionnels ou amateurs et grand public, ainsi qu'à la création d'emplois; elle s'intéresse notamment à l'insertion sociale et professionnelle de personnes, jeunes et adultes en difficultés par l'activité de collecte et recyclage d'objets et de déchets
