promouvoir l'annonce de la Foi à toutes les étapes et pour tous les âges de la vie dans une dynamique diocésaine, conseiller, soutenir et former des catéchistes ou animateurs pastoraux, des paroisses, services, mouvements diocésains et lieux de pèlerinages, mettre à leur disposition des documents pédagogiques diversifiés (dossiers, multimédia...) pour l'accomplissement de leur mission en partenariat avec la Coopérative Régionale de l'Enseignement Religieux (C.R.E.R),  proposer à la vente des outils théologiques, bibliques ou catéchétiques (livres et multimédia) destinés à nourrir la foi des chrétiens, conseiller et accompagner l'accueil des pèlerins de la Maison Famille Martin, 50 rue Saint Blaise à Alençon en y proposant un espace vente (livres, objets religieux, produits monastiques)
