Subvenir aux frais des fêtes, congrès, concours, ayant pour but l'instruction, le perfectionnement du Corps et s'affilier aux associations professionnelles ; se joindre à la commune du Mêle pour subvenir aux dépenses d'acquisition et d'entretien de matériel, d'habillement et d'équipement de la subdivision
