Aider au developpement, à l'animation et à la formation en milieu agricole et rural. Renforcer les capacités d'initiatives et accompagner les agriculteurs et les ruraux pour avoir des campagnes vivantes et accueillantes, aider à la création d'activités.Instaurer un dialogue entre producteurs, transformateurs, consommateurs, éducateurs, artisans, etc. Faire connaitre l'action des CIVAM. Représenter l'ensemble des civam au niveau de la région auprès des pouvoirs publics, des organisations professionnelles, de l'enseignement agricole et public, de toute autre organisme public ou privé. Aider à la création de nouveaux CIVAM dans les régions
